Secure your phone in plenty of bubble wrap (please avoid sending in its original box as this will raise postage cost) before placing it in a padded envelop.
Step 3
Print out the address to which you would like your device returned to and include it in the package. Please also include your passcode so we can test the screen effectively before shipping back to you.
Step 4
Post your package using Royal Mail's "signed for" service to the below address:

We aim to post your repaired device back to you on day of receipt, but please bear in mind that turnaround can take up to 2 working days during busy periods.
