This is Tougetsu Matsuri Anime Figure, she has been glued as the more "tasteful R-Rated Version" and the x-rated parts were discarded.

Around 6 1/2 inches tall. Has some scuffing on legs and foot as shown in photo's(Still a nice display piece). Comes with box as shown.
