Buyer is responsible for all software or software related issues and transferring of any and all licensing if applicable.  We are selling the hardware and/or physical item only.

We are a surplus outlet.  We test everything we sell (that we can test otherwise noted as untested) and note in detail any specific problems, wear and tear etc.  Due to the age of some of our items we do not warranty them, they are all sold as-is.
