DAMAGED PRODUCTS If you wish to return an item that is faulty, then please contact us using the email address at the top of our webpages, and include as much information as possible.
We will reply to you to get any extra information that we may need, which may include photos of the product and the packaging. Please do not return anything until we say, as this may prevent us from being able to deal with your request.
All damage in transit inquiries need to be reported on the day of receipt, all packaging will need to be kept.
