Ce presse-papiers a été produit à un nombre très limité d'exemplaire: Saint-Louis en a utilisé
la composition pour la fabrication de ses fameux sabliers.
En effet, il est antérieure à ceux-ci et sa forme plate, très originale,
n'est pas une partie détachée de ces réalisations postérieures.
Elle a été prise comme modèle et telle quelle, elle forme un presse-papier très rare et désirable:
Celui-ci peut, avec autant de succès, être posé d'un côté ou de l'autre .
D'un côté, il est formé de sept cercles de bonbons milléfiori autour d'un bonbon central complexe.
De l'autre, on retrouve le prolongement de la première ligne de bonbons du côté opposé,
formant un large cercle de fuseaux rouges, laissant apparaître en son centre le bonbon complexe central
qui orne ainsi les deux côtés.
(Une canne mauve interne portant l'inscription SL 1980 vient authentifier la finesse et la maîtrise du travail accompli par Saint-Louis.)

This clipboard was produced to a very limited number of copies: Saint-Louis used it
composition for the manufacture of its famous hourglasses.
Indeed, it was manufactured prior to these and its flat, very original shape,
is not a part of these later achievements.
It has been taken as a model and as such, it forms a very rare and desirable paper-weight:
It can, with equal success, be laid on one side or the other.
On the one hand, it is formed of seven circles of candies milléfiori around a complex central candy.
On the other hand, we find the prolongation of the first line of candies on the opposite side,
Forming a large circle of red spindles, revealing in its center the central complex button
Which adorns both sides.
(An internal purple cane bearing the inscription SL 1980 comes to authenticate the finesse and mastery of the work accomplished by Saint-Louis.)
