This is an event figurine hand signed by the sculptor Dusty Horner and is Limited Edition number 81 of 500.   "De Vil on Wheels" is from the Walt Disney Classics Collection and from the movie 101 Dalmatians featuring Cruella De Vil as shown here in her car.  Comes with unopened COA and figurine is in excellent like new condition.   Box only has very minor marks on it that you would have to look carefully to find.
