Payments: Are due 3 days fromsale end. If payment is not received, we will open a case to request payment. If after 4 days of non-payment, we will cancel the transaction and relist the item. If more time is needed for payment, or you do not intent to pay, please contact us via messaging and we’ll be more than happy to work with you.
*We only accept Paypal and ship within the U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) as well as internationally. (Using the Global Shipping Program). Internationally, the item may take longer to reach you, additional charges may apply. If you would like us to send you an invoice prior to payment, please send us a message.
Shipping: We always ship through USPS. We try to mail items in the least expensive methods to save you money. For books and media items, the shipping timeframe is a little longer compared to First Class and Priority. If there’s a discrepancy or error on our part, we will communicate with you on the change in our shipping method decision.
Returns: We DO accept returns within 30 days of purchase for any reason, buyer pays return shipping. Please do not leave negative feedback. Please contact us directly to work out a resolution and let us know why you were not satisfied. Please note: In a case where it is our mistake, (listing/description error), we will refund you the shipping cost. We require that the item is shipped back to us in the same condition and method and cost that it was shipped to you originally prior to a FULL refund. We do not refund until item is returned. Under no circumstances do we intentionally try to sell faulty items, unless it is duly noted in our listings. We try to give an accurate description of all our items. However, we can make mistakes and will work with you to make it right.
