This sale is for a LONGINES ULTRA QUARTZ An extremely rare and very very special watch , highly sought after by collectors . Circa 1971 and a direct competitor to Omegas Electroquartz f8192Hz Beta 21 watches . It features an incredible movement that is on the front cover of Pieter Doensen's book " Watch , History of the Modern Wrist Watch " . The only Cybernetic movement ever made and instead of an IC it used separate micro sized electronic parts . 14 transistors , 19 resistors and 7 capacitors have been shoe horned into this watch movement .
