INTERNATIONAL 

• Any order shipped outside of USA is sent using USPS Priority Mail Service. I will ship immediately upon receiving payment. Sometimes there are delays caused by the US Postal Service and international customs agents that are outside of my control. Although rare, these delays can cause shipments to take several weeks before they arrive at their destination. Customers are responsible for all local taxes and duties if applicable.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

A. Yes, all items are 100% authentic guaranteed.  Many are on consignment from my clients, who frequent some of the best shops on Madison Avenue.  Other items are the culmination of many years of styling and shopping.  I hope you enjoy these treasures!

Q. Will you add a Buy It Now if one is not already listed?

A. I will not offer a Buy It Now option after an auction is already posted. I believe that it is important to keep the bidding fair for all.

Q. What is your return policy?
A.  I pride myself on my reputation and excellent customer service. I try to provide as detailed photos and descriptions as possible. If you have a question, please do not hesitate to ask. All my auctions are FINAL SALE.  However, please understand that sometimes there might be an oversight and you might feel an item is not as described.  I am here to work with you! If you receive an item that is not as described, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item to make return arrangements. Once return arrangements are made with me, the merchandise must be shipped and received within 7 days.  Any merchandise received after this period will be denied. Any item approved for return for a reason other than “Not As Described” will incur a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Q. Are the colors and measurements accurate?
A. I try my hardest to make sure everything is accurate. I take my own pictures and measure all of my own items. The measurements are approximate. Sometimes the color of the item may vary due to different cameras or computer monitors.

Q. What kind of tag/packaging will accompany the item?
A. I take pictures of anything that is including in the sale (a dustbag, box, etc).  If there is not a picture of it, then it is not included
