Understand that I am not USPS, therefore I do NOT control their prices. I wish there was a ‘cheap’ shipping service, but there is not – not anymore (not even Parcel Post). Even the ‘flat rate’ boxes are little help. If you have something heavy and small, they’re great, but otherwise, they are usually more expensive than First Class or regular Priority Mail service (in a non flat rate box). Please do not send me frustrating messages about ‘how much’ shipping is. I have no control over the prices, and I have to pay the same ones you do when I buy something. (And I don’t like it, either.) If you think something is too expensive, please send a message to USPS; they’re the only ones that can change it. (I only ship First Class, Priority Mail and Media.)

Payment is due 3 days after winning. If you need extra time, PLEASE send me a message & let me know so that no case has to be filed. If you get too many unpaid item marks on your account, eBay can suspend your buying privileges. Also, many buyers set up selling preferences to prevent anyone from bidding that has previous marks – as little as 2. Please bid responsibly.


Allow 24 hours for me to respond to any questions you might ask. While I am responsible for the information I list, please remember you are equally responsible in asking questions. You know what they say about assuming. ;)

I always combine shipping if you win more than one auction. Please wait for me to send you an invoice with adjusted shipping before paying. All items come from a smoke-free home. NOTE: I leave feedback in batches, so please don’t send me inappropriate and harassing messages because I didn’t leave you fb within hours of your fb for me. I *will* leave positive for you if you left positive for me. Monday is eBay day, and that’s when I go through & get won items packed up, refunds made, feedback left, etc. I *only* check messages during the weekends as a courtesy in case someone has a question about an item listed. Otherwise, my business hours are M-F 10-4. If the parcel is small enough to go in the mailbox, it gets shipped as soon as you pay & I pack it up. If the parcel is too big for the mailbox, my drop off at the post office day is Wednesday.


SHIPPING-IMPORTANT! I estimate shipping as closely as I can, but eBay's calculator is not entirely accurate. Chances are eBay’s going to show you a higher price than what actual shipping will be. Do not be alarmed at this - *IF* you should happen to pay a little more than what’s actual, I will refund the difference, but if you wait for me to send you an invoice, you’ll see it’s usually a little less than what eBay showed you on the listing originally. (I know it's frustrating - welcome to eBay. lol)

I strive for 100% satisfaction and positive feedback. If you feel like leaving a negative for me, PLEASE contact me first so that I can - at the very least - have a chance to address your issue. Leaving negative feedback for me (because the delivery service was too rough with your parcel, for example, and your item arrived damaged) WITHOUT contacting me first will nullify any refund. I take negative feedback VERY seriously – I go out of my way with packing and packaging, and I respond to any and all messages just as quickly as I can – so when something happens that is out of my control (because it DOES happen, sadly) I should, at least, receive a neutral. I am not like other sellers that ship 3-4 weeks after payment AND that ignore you when you have questions, so I do not deserve something as extreme as negative feedback for something out of my control. Thank you for understanding!

Too often people like to take whatever personal frustrations they have in their lives out on the Internet, whether it’s via chat rooms or blog sites or – yes – even eBay. It’s so easy when we’re just dealing with faceless names and accounts to redirect personal frustrations towards incidents on-line and lash out at things that have nothing to do with whatever may be frustrating us in our personal lives. Let’s remember that behind all these names and accounts are REAL people that have busy lives, too. REAL people that have fears and insecurities and worries and sicknesses just like everyone else. :)
