I try to be as honest is descriptive on my listings as possible and the picture of the item is the item you will get. Returns will be accepted for a full refund if they are not as described (I miss something) they go missing (I track everything). If an item is incorrectly ordered by you (please check if unsure) or you just don't want it then I will accept a return but if the listing has free postage then I will deduct the cost of the shipping cost from you refund and you must pay the return cost. Electrical parts are fully tested before sale and will not be accepted for returns.
