I do not accept condition like:
If i do not recive my item by (eg) 09/07/2016 i want my money back. No money back in this case.
My item is 3-5 days late than expected. I want a full refound. No money back in this case.
I cannot find the tracking number on the postal company site. Give me my money back. No money back in this case.
Why ? If the postal company delays the delivery pls understand it is not my fault. There are cases when postal customs take longer than expected.
Sometimes tracking number search is not working. Do not panic, you package is on the way and it will arrive as soon as posible.
Pls do not ask me to track your package.
Why? I send over 50 packages per day, i do not have time to track packages. I am not a postal worker and i do not have more information than on the postal companies sites.
