Made for the amateur or working professional using the Leica M 240. Like it's cousin for the Leica M9 series the 'Thumbie M240', has been designed to offer a secure grip while maintaining all the normal features and functions of the camera. It improves the grip on the camera in both portrait or landscape positions, and conveniently places the photographers thumb directly next to the control wheel. In particular the Thumbie for the M240 allows the camera's hot shoe to be used for an electronic viewfinder, or accessory viewfinders or flash gun. Hand cast in solid brass it offers the advantage's of being small, light, doesn't snag on straps or clothing, ergonomic shape gives more grip for less effort (so less tiring over a long day).

It is easy to fit (and remove), and uses strong double sided tape as used in the automotive industry for safely fitting trim and badges to paintwork and bodywork. In the box, Thumbie grip with tape fitted, two spare lengths of tape, and fitting instructions.
