I can't see any tears, which is quite rare. 

The sleeves are beginning to fray ever so slightly at the edges where they end. Not uncommon. 

This is about 30 years old, maybe slightly less. 

The only thing of note is that the bottom of the zip has come loose from the stitching. No more than a couple of centimetres. It's an easy fix.
