This is a royal blue-colored silicone (hard plastic) cell phone case. The case has 2 parts that snap together. It was originally purchased for a Metro PCS Huawei Pinnacle cell phone, used only for a few months. Measurement of the case is 2-1/2" wide by 4-1/2" long. It has minor scratches.
