We are guitar factory from China. Many of our guitars are sold to Europe, North America, South America, Australia,etc. We believe we can offer you high quality guitars with reasonable price.

Our Guarantee:

We test every guitar (such as buzzing, sound test, workmanship) before it is shipped out in order to make sure it`s in good condition. If you have a problem, or are not happy with our guitar, please let us know immediately when you received it. We will try our best to meet you satisfaction.

Shipping Info.:

Usually parcel will be shipped out via EMS, because it will take you much less, and it usually take about 4-10 days to arrive at your door, we will provide you with the tracking number so you can conveniently monitor the shipments progress on it`s website. 

About Customs:

Our pricing does not include customs duties. But do not worry, we can write the word "Gift" on the wrapping box, and provide an invoice with a very low value, you may need to pay little or no customs duties. About the duties, Please consult your local customs before purchasing our products.  

Return Policy:

We will offer you full refunds only the item you received is different with the description, please return it within 3 days after you received it, and keep it good condition! After we receive the item, i will give you Full-Refunds or exchange, but we won `t return the shipping cost.. Please read the RETURN POLICY before you order it!
