PAYMENT 

Invoice is sent immediately after the auction, so kindly check your email (or spam mail folder).  Please pay the amount stated in your invoice including shipping.  Items should be paid within 3 days after auction ends.  An unpaid item case will automatically file.

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Shipping is from Tuesday to Friday only, holidays excluded. Shipping rates depend on weight of items, miminum postage & handling  is Php 139 via JRS.  Items are shipped next day after confirmation of payment.  Obligation of seller ends when the item is shipped.  Insurance is highly recommended.  Let us know should you wish to insure shipment of your items so we can request fees.

RETURNS POLICY 

Immediately inspect your parcel upon receipt.  Returns are allowed only in cases of undisclosed major flaw of the item. We do not accept returns for reasons other than those stated. Some items are mislabelled so please check on the MEASUREMENTS  and PICTURES , which are  provided for you to consider prior to bidding.    Please communicate returns within 24 hours from receipt of item/s.  Requests for return after 24 hours from receipt of item/s will no longer be honoured.  Tags, if there are, should be intact upon return of the item.  Refund shall be given upon receipt of item.  If a refund is agreed upon, we must receive the item back within 3 days via JRS.
