This is a very rare bag. I purchase it directly from a Burberry store in the United States. 

It's soft cloth (I think cotton but not labeled). 

It has a crossbody strap and two straps so it can be used as a tote. 

It also has a removable zippered pocket on the inside, which is attached by two snaps. 

This is a cool bag-- very usual! Very versatile!
