RETURNS POLICY - Buyers have the right
to cancel their order within 7 days of the delivery date. If you wish to return
your item, please contact us first so we can advise how to return the item
accordingly. The item must be returned in original packaging, in exactly the same
condition as sent out to the customer. Any items that are used or fitted on to
a car, will not be refunded unless it is (in the unlikely event) faulty.
Refunds are not issued until the item has been returned to us and checked, and
the Ebay cancellation agreement has been accepted. Shipping costs will not be
refunded and a 15% handling charge will apply to all items ordered incorrectly
by the customer.
FAULTY GOODS POLICY - Please check Items carefully upon delivery
and notify us immediately if it is faulty or damaged. Full Refund will be given
for all goods damaged during transit, providing the buyers takes
the responsibility/costs to return Item back to us. In the unlikely
event of us sending you a faulty item, please notify us within 7 days for replacement
Item or full refund including all postage costs. Refunds are not
processed until Item has been returned and checked, and Ebay cancellation
agreement has been accepted.
