Hi & thanks for giving this old robot a look.

For sale, I have a damaged "mechanical walking" robot - made by SY / YONEYA in Japan.

I think that this robot dates to the late 1950's / early 1960's.
This is the brother robot to the more commonly seen "robot 7"

This version isn't seen nearly as often - regardless of condition.

He stands a little over 4 inches tall.

He is missing his arms - and he shows evidence of age and playwear in the form of scuffing, scratching, etc... 
It was suggested to me after I got him, to replace his arms with the arms from one of the cheaper reproduction robots.   
I sort of liked him like this - and left him.

His coloring and design really stands out for a little fellow.

His wind up still works - he spins about quite enthusiastically. 

This old robot will make a great addition to your collection.
