This is a 1969 Schmid Peanuts Snoopy Astronaut Music Box that plays "Fly Me To The Moon". 

This music box does show some signs of wear from age - there is some yellowing of the white paint. The top is slightly crooked on the base, but it does still play and turn. Snoopy is in good condition with some fading of his scarf - he has his suitcase marked "Flight Safety" with him, as well as all original parts.
