Sterling silver iced tea spoon in the "Chrysanthemum" pattern.  The spoon weighs 1.66 troy oz. and measures 8 inches long and 1 inch across the bowl.  Marked on the back of the handle "Sterling  925  Stieff".  There are a few tiny black spots in the bowl and one on the back of the handle end (see photos), otherwise in good condition.
