Beautiful Vintage c1980s Plush Artist Teddy Bear - by Sandra Wheeler Dunnville Ontario Canada - Large 19 1/2 inches tall - custom Velvet Tuxedo suit - fully jointed - some age yellowing to white shirt trim - Good condition
Dimensions: 19 1/2 inches tall (14 1/2 inches tall sitting)
Condition: Good to Very Good pre-owned Vintage. No missing plush, no stains. Teddy Bear is fully jointed, made from cinnamon brown plush tipped with white. He is wearing a lovely custom black velvet tuxedo suit, trimmed with brass buttons but fastens with velcro. His white shirt under his jacket is trimmed with white cotton eyelet which is yellowing slightly with age but should launder well. He also wears a jaunty burgundy satin bow tie although the elastic has lost elasticity from age. Molded black nose and big brown eyes. Pads are made from pale peach felt, one foot showing a little surface rubbing but there are no holes.
Sandra Wheeler of Dunnville Ontario Canada taught teddy bear making classes in the area. He is missing his hang tag which would have said "Teddy Bears n' More, Dunnville, artist bear of Sandra Wheeler". A great addition to your Teddy Bear collection!
