Dash Trims warrants its products against any defect in workmanship or materials under normal use and service, as long as the original buyer of product owns the vehicle the product was installed in. For each claim under this warranty product/s or part/s must be returned to:

A new product or components will be shipped to you ASAP. Please request to receive RA#. Any packages send without return or exchange authorization number will not be accepted. RA# must be visible on the packaging box.

If product has been damaged and mishandled during shipment by shipping carrier (UPS, USPS) you must contact your local carrier office within 48 hours after delivery and claim for damage. After we receive authorization from shipping carrier new product will be ship to you again. Do not return damaged product to us. Shipping carrier will pick it up after your claim.

Easy Returns To return the item you must:

* Request Return Authorization Number from us, with in 30 days of receipt of the product. Or you can use your eBay ITEM ID:
* Clearly post RA# or eBay item ID on outside of the package.

We'll call you or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA#.
We will refund your money within 24-48 hours. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Products returned to the company without a return authorization number will be refused by the company or discarded without record.
Return authorization number or eBay item id must be visible on the packaging box.

All products must be in perfect condition, in the original package and if you are going to return car interior or exterior kit, 3M adhesive tape has not been removed.

Any custom made products are not refundable.
Any partially installed kits are not refundable.

Within 30 days after you received the product you may return it for refund, If you are dissatisfied with the product in any way. Thereafter, all sales are final.
