- Feedback:

I will leave feedback for buyers once I have SENT the item, this will act as confirmation of despatch. Please leave feedback when you get the item so I can remove the item from my sold list.

If you do not leave feedback and haven't contact me within three (3) weeks from day of despatch I shall remove the item from my sold list and assume that the item has been received.

- Payment:

I have to insist on payment being received within one day (24 hours). As you will read below, the delivery will be delayed if you miss this time limit.

If payment is not received within four (4) days and you have not contacted me I will report the item as being unpaid to E-Bay.

For those with problems paying within this time frame please contact me, we can come to a mutual agreement.

- Delivery:

The only day I can deliver items is a Saturday morning; my Auctions are timed to finish on a Thursday night. If you don’t pay within 24 hours you’ll be waiting another week for me to post it.

Recorded Delivery / Air sure is offered at an additional cost. This is charged at actual cost ( i make no profit on it). I advise all buyers especially those buying internationally to take recorded delivery / Airsure.

Airsure service is priced at an additional £4.90. Since I advise you to take Airsure I do not add £1 to the postage cost, what is quoted is what it costs to send. Since such a service provides peace of mind for both Buyer and Seller I waive my £1.00 Packaging fee.

I always get proof of postage for my items, this is the reason I only post on a Saturday. I am more than happy to send copies of this proof to any buyer to assist them in claiming compensation against Royal Mail for lost items.

- Postage costs and winning multiple items:

I use this general rule of thumb for postage costs; the cost of packing & packing materials is charged at £1 and I add on the cost of postage based on the weight of the item.

Because of this if you are successful in winning more than one item from me then I will combine postage. I use the same rule of thumb as above so the postage discount for multiple items can be considerable.

I can give estimated combined postage costs throughout the auction and will honour these at auction end. Otherwise please wait to be invoiced for the postage cost. If I've charged too much for P&P I will refund this via PayPal, you should only pay the cost on the stamp plus £1.

- Lost Items:

I’ve sold quite a bit of stuff on E-bay and have been fortunate to have Royal Mail lose only two items I’ve sent. 

Without Recorded Delivery / Airsure or Proof of Postage Royal Mail will not pay any compensation.

I will assist where I can, but ultimately I can take no responsibility for items lost in the post.
