AFTER CAREFUL EXAMINATION I FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS A REMANUFACTERED MOTOR FROM FORD THAT WAS NEVER RUN SINCE REBUILT BY FORD. I DISMANTLED IT AND FOUND IT WAS BORED 040 OVER WITH FULL FLOATING PISTONS, NEW RINGS, BEARINGS,CUT CRANK 010, STOCK CAM, CAM BEARINGS,TIMING CHAIN AND GEARS, I ALSO FOUND IT HAD REBUILT HEADS WITH NEW VALVES , SEALS, ETC. THE ROCKERS WERE STOCK, AS WERE THE PUSHRODS. SINCE I WAS BUILDING A FORD GASSER I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A GOOD PERIOD CORRECT POWER PLANT FOR THE CAR. I COMPLETELY DISMANTLED THE MOTOR HAD IT HOT TANKED, HAD THE CRANK LOOKED AT AND POLISHED IF NEED BE,( I WAS TOLD THE CRANK WAS FINE AND NEEDED NOTHING AND THE ALIGNED BORE WAS GOOD AS WERE THE BOTH DECKS ON THE BLOCK, HAD THE RODS RESIZED WITH NEW ARP ROD BOLTS , INSTALLED NEW CLEVITE MAIN AND ROD BEARINGS, NEW CHROME MOLLY RINGS, MELLING HIGH VOLUME OIL PUMP AND PICKUP, NEW COMP CAMS COMPLETE CAM KIT PART NUMBER 33-230-4 WITH NEW SPRINGS, CAM,LIFTERS,KEEPERS, RETAINERS,TIMING CHAIN AND GEARS ETC. , NEW TIMING CHAIN COVER, NEW OIL PAN , NEW OEM OIL FILTER HOUSING, COMPLETE FELPRO GASKET SET, NEW FLYWHEEL (FLEX PATE), NEW HARMONIC BALANCER, NEW LOWER PULLEY , NEW UPPER PULLEY (NOT SHOWN IN PICS BUT GOES WITH MOTOR),NEW EDELBROCK HIGH FLOW ALUMINUM WATER PUMP- (OLD ONE WEIGHED 2 TIMES WHAT THIS ONE WEIGHS), NEW HOLLEY HIGH PERFORMANCE REBUILDABLE FUEL PUMP)I ALSO HAVE A STOCK FUEL PUMP AS PICTURED THAT GOES WITH THE MOTOR, I DECIDED TO NOT USE THE STOCK HEADS AND INSTEAD I WENT WITH EDELBROCK RPM  ALUMINUM HEADS AS I ALSO USED THEIR RPM INTAKE TOO,(BOTH HEADS AND INTAKE USE ARP BOLTS) I ALSO INSTALL CRANE GOLD ROLLER ROCKERS ON THE HEADS WITH CUSTOM PUSH RODS , AS SEEN IN THE PICS I ALSO HAVE A PRO COMP PRO BILLIT PC8594 DISTRIBUTOR, PRO COMP PC 91 COIL, PRO COMP PC2015 MULTIPLE SPARK CD IGNITION BOX, TAYLOR 8MM SPIRO PRO  UNIVERSAL WIRES (BLACK), ALSO IN THE PICS IS A BRAND NEW HIGH TORQUE STARTER,NEW ONE WIRE POWERMASTER ALTERNATOR, NEW MOTOR MOUNT BRACKETS ON THE BLOCK, NEW  MOTOR MOUNTS,AND NEW TRANI MOUNTS- I DONT REMEMBER WHY I HAVE TWO TRANI MOUNTS BUT THEY ARE BOTH THE SAME, I ALSO HAVE A CUSTOM BUILT C 6 TRANY WITH A NEW CONVERTER(NOT A REMAN. BASICALLY THIS IS A COMPLETE POWER PLANT LESS A CARBURETOR, ALTERNATOR BRACKETS, I DONT THINK YOU CAN FIND ALL OF THIS STUFF OUT THERE CHEAPER THAN WHAT I AM ASKING FOR IT. I AM SELLING THIS BECAUSE DUE TO FINANCIAL REASONS AND I NO LONGER HAVE THE CAR.
