We only accept PayPal.

POSTAGE:

We send all our items by Royal Mail using different services from them.

The postage costs will be different for each  items depending on the weight and the sizes of the parcels.

We will dispatched Your item as soon as the payment is received or cleared and also depending on the purchase  time and the day so the same day or the next working day .

Orders placed over the weekend will be posted on the following Monday .

In ( U.K ) holiday periods the dispatched time may slightly vary .

We offer combine postage

so  if You purchase more than any one item from our eBay shop selectone111 You will have to pay

only £ 1.00 for each extra additional items for UK  buyers.

For  International buyers  it will be £ 1.99 only for each extra additional items.

To get this discounts please buy the items first and then wait for our new invoice and then please pay .

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES :

We only accept returns and exchanges made within 14 days of the receipt of the item .

For returns We will only accept if the item is still in the original packaging with still tag attached, not worn, without body odour, no make-up marks, no perfume smell etc ... 

Please send the item with the invoice if this is still available or please attached a note with Your name address and the eBay ID and the reason if possible .

We will really appreciate if You can send a message or an email before returning the item .

We will refund Your money for the item only ( not for the original postage paid ) as soon as We receive them . The buyer is responsible for the return postages .

For exchanges  please send us a message or an email  or put a note in the return parcel and then send the item  back to Us mentioning  the item You want to exchange it for maybe the colour or the size  if We still have the item Your are requesting in stock We will send it to You or We will have to refund Your money back or if You want exchange it for another item for the same value . The buyer is responsible for the postages costs.

We always check our items before sending .

We will only refund the full money back ( including the postage )  if only the sent item is damaged / defective or the wrong item is sent by us.
