Expedited Shipping
· For orders placed on Thursday using 2-Day Air shipping method, your package will arrive the following Monday (provided Monday is not a holiday).
· For orders placed on Friday using One-Day shipping method, your packages will arrive the following Monday (provided Monday is not a holiday).
Shipping Surcharge: There will be a small surcharge for all orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please refer to the “Shipping and Payments” section for more information.
Additional US Proctorate States: US Virgin Island and Guam will be shipped via UPS Priority Mail International.
Shipping to Canada: Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Canada based on the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery time for Canadian all destinations is 4-8 business days and is subject to customs clearance. Please note that customers are responsible for any and all taxes, tariffs, and/or import fees.
Shipping to Other International Destinations: Orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide. Estimated delivery time for other International destinations is 5-10 business days and is subject to customs clearance.

Damaged shipment: We must be notified immediately to start the damage claim process. We cannot accept returned packages that has physically abused or damaged unless a claim is made with the appropraite carrier.
Warranty
Items can be returned for a refund only within the first 30 days of purchase with an unopened box. If the product is opened and/or used a 25% restocking fee will be applied. There is a $20 charge to test, package, and ship lamps. If an item is deemed defective during the product warranty period, the product will be replaced free of charge to our customers. Customers must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the item. All returns without a Return Authorization number are subject to at $25 processing fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. |
Return Policy
All returns must have a RMA number that will be issued by our RMA department staff. We are not held responsible for any package ship back with out a proper RMA number. The buyer is responsible for all the return costs. There is a restocking fee of 25% if the item is returned within the first 30 days. For factory defects the restocking fee is waived, however, product returns after 30 days are not permitted. Defects and damages must be reported immediately! We will only exchange for like or similar products after 30 days, so please be sure the product you are purchasing meets your requirments.
