We will be happy to refund monies minus shipping costs on any item purchased as long as the item is in the original selling condition as it was listed. Refunds/ returns will be granted within 30 days of the shipping date. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Package insurance may be purchased at an additional cost to protect against damage in transit. All items are new in box from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated. Please feel free to email with any questions. Inventory is constantly updated, but we also have a store open to the public that may cause the unavailability of the item when ordering on line. If the item is not available we will promptly refund your money. If an item is returned because of accidental purchase, the buyer will be charged the Ebay and Paypal fees if incurred per policy. We will combine shipping when possible for cost efficiency for the customer. To receive discounts for combined shipping, please purchase all items and request an invoice total, otherwise we may not be able to discount shipping. When requested, we will send you an updated invoice with correct shipping total. All shipments are sent priority mail with delivery confirmation. When the item is shipped we leave feedback regarding the transaction. We would ask that once you receive your package you rate us as well. If you feel you are not satisfied, please contact us to correct the situation. We will do what is necessary to make it right as we value positive feedback.
