We normally post the good to the postal address that buyer registered with eBay, so please double check your address before submitting the order.
We usually dispatch within 1-2 working day of receiving cleared payment subject to stock availability. Please note there is No dispatch on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday.
Please note most of first class parcel will arrive within 2-3 working days for UK delivery. For EU delivery, most parcels sent by Airmail Small Packet service will arrive 5-10 working days.
However, delay occurs from time to time due to delivery it is out of our control once the good is posted. First class (UK) and Airmail Small Packet service(EU) delivery service is NOT a guarantee service, some time it may take up to 15(UK) working days and 25(EU) working days to be arrive.
If you do want to receive good on specific day, you do need to increase the postage to special delivery. Please contact us before you purchase. Hence, replacement/refund will be issued if goods still not arrive after 15 working days for UK customer and 20 working days for EU customer.

We treat our exchange and refund policy with great importance offering all customers the option to return any item for any reason 14 days from the date of dispatch. All items should be returned in an unused condition - labels, tags and packaging intact. We shall replace the item or refund the item cost if a same item is not available. Please note the original postage cost will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return postage and packing costs.
If you receive a faulty item, please return this to us within 14 working days after the day on which you received the item for an exchange. If the item is no longer available we will issue a full refund and we will refund your delivery costs.
