Up for consideration is a Ballantine 520 capacitance Meter Model 520 with manual.  The unit powers up and the needle moves when the capacitance knob is rotated...however, I do not know how to use this unit and I'm guessing it should be calibrated.  The manual covers how to do the calibration.
