Deliveries - We offer free delivery on all UK orders. Unless stated all orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. We anticipate that your order will take between 3 and 6 days to arrive once your payment has cleared. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Amending a Delivery Address - Please be aware that once an order has been placed and payment received, we are unable to make any amendments to the delivery address. The order can only be delivered to the registered address provided when the order was placed.
Delivery Delays - In the unlikely event that your order has been delayed, please allow 14 days before contacting our Customer Care Team at info@lmelectrical.biz . This period allows for delays in postage prior to us sending out a replacement item or issuing a refund. Please also note that in some cases, parcels may be too large to fit through a standard letterbox and could be taken back to the local sorting office for collection or accepted by a neighbour. If you can, it would be appreciated if you could check first before contacting us.

We are happy to take returns or replace faulty/incorrect items as long as you notify us within 60 days of receipt of purchase.
You must notify us prior to sending the items back.
Please ensure relevant order information is put within the parcel to enable us to process the return accordingly on receipt.
All items purchased in error will only be refunded at the cost of the item only. Postage will not be refunded if this is the case.
All faulty items will be replaced free of charge and return postage will be paid for.
Items sent in error will be replaced with the correct item and return postage will be reimbursed accordingly.
