Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 working days of receipt. We are happy to accept returns for items that do not fit or if the item is not as described by us. if they have been used, opened or the packaging is damaged. How long does the return take? Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked and for the return to be processed. International returns: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'.
