Shipping

We are always happy to combine shipping costs, and arrange for express delivery, please contact us for prices.
We deliver most items within 2-3 working days of order, most smaller items are delivered by Royal Mail 1st class , 2nd class & tracked service - allow 5 working days for delivery, and longer near Christmas and just after a bank holiday
Items that are slightly larger are sent via courier. We will also advise you on the day of dispatch that your order has left us.

 


Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ: Description are as accurate as possible and measurements are to within half an inch, any props used in the photographs are not included, photographs are taken on a high resolution camera, however colours are not always accurate so please bear this in mind when purchasing. Please make payment within 5 working days. Items are dispatch within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds. In the unlikely event of damage in transit please advise us straight away. Faulty or damaged items will be refunded but please notify me within 3 days, any other returns must be returned within 14 days and refund will be less postage (both ways). Should you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact us we will always endeavour to sort things out, please do not leave neutral or negative feedback without speaking to us first.
