- Pay on pick up is fine but orders need to be organised in advance please call 1800 LETOUR to process an order.

We do not charge a surcharge for any payment method.

After you purchase any item, payment information will be automatically sent to you.

Please ensure you include your FULL NAME in the description field so we can trace the payment to your purchase.

We will have no way of tracing your payment and delays will result.

Orders ship via Australia Post or Courier within 24 hours of us receiving payment (excluding weekends). Please be aware that delivery times are dependent on your location and distance from our distribution centre in Melbourne.

For delivery within Australia please allow an estimated 2 - 7 Business Days from the day we receive payment for your order to arrive. For International delivery please allow an estimated 7 - 28 Business Days from the day we receive payment for your order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please note that Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. All international parcels are sent via Express Registered Courier.

All items are securely packed in protective mailers or cartons. We do not ship to some international locations, see Postage & Payments tab for excluded countries.

All products purchased from Le Tour Cycles come with the full Australian manufacturer's warranty. If you should have any issue please message us via eBay and we will be more than happy to help.

All returned products will be tested and inspected for defects. If the item is faulty, we will post a working replacement.

If a replacement is unavailable, we will fully reimburse the customer. If the item is not faulty, it will be sent back at the customer's expense and no reimbursement will be offered.

Le Tour Cycles records the condition of items before they are sent out. Items that are claimed to be faulty and, when returned, exhibit damage incurred while in the customer's possession, will simply be sent back.

If the item is the incorrect size or does not suit your needs then you can return the item to us at the buyers expense. Please note that if it is in need of exchange there is a $10 resend fee for postage
