This Champion Blue Ribbon motor # 4k212 turns freely but has not been tested so will need rebuilding or great for parts. I am unsure of the motor size. I think it's a 7.5 horse.
The idle adjustment lever is gone and there is a bolt broken off into one of the mounting holes where the lever was. (As pictured)
