Shipping
All UK items are posted Royal Mail first class standard delivery unless you have chosen the Royal Mail Special Delivery option.
A courier maybe used for larger orders.
European/Worldwide items are sent via Royal Mail Airmail Small Packet.
You are responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country. We do not have any control or can not be held responsible for these charges.
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery to Europe and 7-20 working days for the Rest of the World
We will usually dispatch the same day or within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).
Items not received:
If you have not received your item please check your local sorting office as 99% of the time that?s where they turn up with the postman failing to leave a card.
Royal mail do not class an item as missing until 15 working days for the UK and 21 working days for Europe/Rest of the World after despatch. After that time period we will do our best to ensure a happy outcome.
We aim to give a good service, mistakes do happen, we are only human, but communication is the key to a happy sale.
Returns
Please return unworn item with the original packaging within 14 days of delivery and we will refund upon receipt of the goods. Please do not deface the original packaging.
Please include your name, address and ebay user ID. If you do not include any information within the return items will be kept for 3 weeks then discarded.
You are responsible for the return postage costs.
If you have expressly chosen a certain type of delivery (for instance 24-hour express delivery), although we had offered a common and generally acceptable type of delivery which would have incurred lower delivery costs, you the consumer should bear the difference in costs between these two types of delivery.
If you are returning an item from outside the EU you must fill in a customs declaration indicating that the package contains ?returned goods?. We do not pay customs duty on returned items.
