Dehydrated Chopped Onion (24 servings)

Sealed pails and pouches, either containing oxygen absorbers or nitrogen flushed, are the most effective long-term method of controlling the deteriorating effects of light, moisture and oxygen on the contents.

Expiration: 20 year shelf life. Sealed/Opened up to 1 year. Best when stored in a cool dry place at temperatures between 55 degrees F and 70 degrees F (ideal humidity 15-percent)

All American families need to prepare for the worst and hope (pray) for the best. I won't know how yummy until we need to eat this, but I expect the taste to be wonderful. Freeze dried vegetables and fruits are the best way to go. I love the big pail items and this will probably be my favorite. Very big pail of yummy!!!
