MAC Veluxe Pearl Eye Shadow in the shade Lucky Green. Veluxe eye shadow is a superfine pigment rich, very luxe powder that is easy to blend and apply. It provides a silky smooth rich color with pearl finish. Single packaged so you only buy the colors you want.  Lucky Green is a frosted mid-toned lime shade.

How to Handle Shipping Issues:

If an item is damaged: We must be notified via e-mail within 5 days of receipt of item. Please reference auction number and a brief explanation of damage. 

A lost claim cannot be processed until 30 days for USPS domestic, 45 days for USPS international, and 5 days for other shippers (for the shipper to start search).

Return of purchase that is in original/unused condition accepted for a full refund / merchandise credit of auction price provided:

  • Buyer must notify seller of plans to return within 14 days of receipt of purchase. You will need the order number and Include: auction number and reason for return.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. A return without an RMA# will not be accepted. 
  • Return must be received within 10 days of return notification. Package must include auction number and reason for return. RMA# must be written on the outside of the package.
  • Once return is received and refund/credit issued, an eBay Cancel Transaction will be created with the reason that 'Both buyer and seller agree not to complete' this transaction with the reason that the 'item was returned for a refund'. Once Buyer has verified that refund/credit has been issued, they are responsible for responding to eBay notice with an 'I agree' which will close the cancel transaction and end the eBay transaction. 

 

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Auction Terms:

  • Payment is due within 3 days of end of auction.
  • Automated payment reminder e-mails are sent 3 days from end of auction. If we have already been notified, please disregard.   
  • Terms: All sales are final. Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges
  • We ship to the countries as indicated in the listing. Please do not bid on or purchase our merchandise if your shipping address is not within the countries listed.

Communications & Delivery:

  • Items are shipped within two to five business days after payment has been received.
