This fabulous floor and exceptionally beautiful lace maxi dress is truly a feast for the eyes and the senses; an original, one-off 1930s long lace dress in beautiful black, it really does take your breath away!!! Such an exquisite number featuring classic 1930s art deco detail and styling, while also subtly evoking the 20s shape with its characteristic long lines and slight drop waist effect ~ simply stunning!!!
This dress can be worn looser a la the 20s flapper ~ or more fitted ~ whichever suits you, your personal taste, and your body shape ~ either way is exceptionally lovely!!!
In a fabulously soft sheer black lace with delicate floral swirl
pattern throughout, the simple round deep neckline is elegant and flattering. The sleeves are long
and lovely, and the bodice is beautifully and effortlessly chic and stylish. Two sheer inserts of black extend from
the neckline downwards and outwards to the sides to give a gorgeous, geometric
art deco effect, while lower on the dress, another sheer panel zig-zags all the

Absolutely fabulous vintage condition ~ This dress is fabulous late 20s/ early 30s vintage and very rare to find ~ subtle and elegant styling with striking nuances of art deco. Soft, sheer black lace with chiffon inserts and slim black edging to neckline, cuffs and hem ~ feels so sensuous and hangs just beautifully. The fabric also has some stretch for a more fitted look ~ or would look equally as stunning worn looser and more flowing.
