Delivery
Your order will be despatched within 1 working day of payment being received in full and will be sent via Royal Mail unless otherwise specified.
We will combine postage for multiple quantities of any items purchased to save you the greatest amount of money possible. Please request an invoice to be sent to you if this is the case. The invoice will reflect the combined postage savings.
Delivery days are as follows - Monday to Friday and Saturday Mornings but exclude national holidays.
The One Stop Yankee Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to postal strikes, an increase in seasonal demands or the delivery company being unable to deliver due to no one being available to sign for an ordered parcel or any other conditions which are outside our control.
Combined Postage
Here at The One Stop Yankee Shop we offer combined postage - simply add all your items to the basket using the 'ADD TO BASKET' button and check them out all at once. All additional items are free postage.
The One Stop Yankee Shop complies with the Distance Selling Regulations. To
return a product you must comply with the following:
* Inform us by eBAY
messaging within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return any product
supplied by us.
* Non faulty products must be returned within 7 days of
receipt of goods for a refund of product value only. (Return postage/carrier
cost will be at the customers expense). We strongly recommend that you obtain
proof of postage for any returned item and we would respectfully, request that
you notify us by eBAY messaging once the return items have been posted.

Non faulty products returned within 7 days must be in original packaging,
unopened and suitable for re-sale.
* Returned goods must have eBAY Item
Number, along with details of customer name, address, telephone number and
reason for return enclosed.
What we will refund:
* Non faulty
products - Full sale price charged for product only with a 10% deduction for
handling and packaging, subject to the above conditions being met.
* Faulty
products - Product exchange, if available, will be offered or a full refund
offered including delivery charges, if returned within 30 days of receipt. The
One Stop Yankee Shop's definition of a faulty product is a product with a
manufacturing defect. Your statutory rights will remain
unaffected.
Returned parcels due to non collection:
If a parcel is
returned to us due to non collection - a refund will be given minus the initial
postage cost unless the buyer requires a re-delivery. If this is the case the
buyer will have to pay the postage cost in full.
Breakages:
Photo Evidence will need to be provided via email or the broken item returned before any refund or replacement is issued.
Before any action is
undertaken The One Stop Yankee Shop will keep you, the customer, fully informed.
All purchases are made in acceptance of our terms and conditions.
