Designed to fit 4mm banana plugs, these sockets can be found on high quality audio separates, particularly speakers and are perfect for panel mounting. They are constructed from a gold-plated brass metal conductor, ensuring a consistently high level of performance and connectivity without degradation in sound quality.
The red and black colour-coded binding posts are insulated by a two-part single or dual insulation kit and are supplied with two fixing nuts, as shown.
There is also a 4mm cross mounting hole.
Termination of cable to binding posts may involve soldering to give optimum sonic performance where speaker cable is to be fitted permanently. 4mm through-socket provided for ease of installation.
