Q1: Why my tablet looked used with scratches on screen?

A1: Every tablet pc has a screen protector on it when comes out from factory. When our Quality staff test it, they would left some scratches on it. Please take off the screen protector carefully just like in the photo below.

Q2 :Is there some way to let the battery works longer?
A2: The first 3 time is very important to fully use the battery. Please fully charge and use the power completely at the first 3 time. It can stimulate the potential of the battery.
Q3: Wireless modem is not working!
A3 :All our products have been inspected by our QC before we ship the product however if you still cannot make it works, please check the followings:

a) Please check if there is metal material shelter around the tablet

b) Please check if the password of the wireless connection is correct

c) Please check if the wifi switcher turned on.

d) Please try the several signal models of your wireless router one by one.

Q4: Why the tablet storage is not same as I ordered?
A4:The preinstalled OS+ software occupy some storage, so available space will be a little than less the storage you ordered.
Q5. When the tablet pc stop working/software is error cannot get access to Android OS Touch is not working, what can we do ?
A5:Please try to Restart/Reset/Touch Panel Calibration tablet/Remove the external TF card then restart, if still not working, please contact us as soon as possible.
