This is for a Factory SYM Backrest off of a 2008 SYM RV250.  Should fit 2006 and up RV250, GTS250 and JoyMax but do your own research to be sure.  Item came with scooter when I bought it, and I had the dealer immediately install a top box.  This is as new as it gets.  See pictures, what you see is what you get.
