** Return & Exchange **

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at Tech 'n' Toy. You may return or exchange the product you purchased within 30 days of the order date. After 30 days, please visit the manufacturer's website to receive technical support as we will not be able to process the return. If your return falls within 30 days of the order date and you wish to return an order to us, you must email us for a return. Returns without contacting us first will not be processed. All items must be shipped back within 7 days after request of a return.

Any non-defective return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee calculated based on the selling price of Tech 'n' Toy. Item must be in new and unused condition with all the original packaging and accessories. We will not be able to issue a refund if anything is missing. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
