UK Buyers: First Class packets are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.
Only Royal Mail
Special Delivery is guaranteed to be delivered by the next day, so please use Special Delivery if you need to have
your item delivered by a specific date. Royal Mail state that items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels and
Recorded Signed For are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date.
International Buyers: We use regular airmail for shipments where the buyer selects the "Standard
International" option. Please note that this service can take anything between 3 and 25 days and there is no tracking
available. For the "Express International" shipping option we use Royal Mail "International Signed For" or "Airsure".
This service can usually be tracked on-line in the destination country and should be quicker than regular airmail, but
this is not guaranteed. Royal Mail state that loss claims should not be submitted until after 20 days for items going
to Europe and after 25 days for the rest of the world.
Please notify us of your intention to return goods within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in their original condition including packaging and tags. We are more than happy to exchange or refund the cost of the goods upon receipt.
All goods that we have delivered to you must be returned to us in original condition. Upon our receipt of the returned goods we will either exchange or refund the full cost of the goods as per your instruction.
The law states that unless you have received substitute or defective goods, you will be liable for all postal costs involved in returning the goods to us, which we are unable to refund you for.

Please send all returned goods by a secure postage method. By doing this you will be supplied with a tracking number which allows you to track returned items and also provides proof of postage.
Please note that without proof of postage we are unfortunately unable to refund any costs should the goods be lost in the post.
When returning goods for exchange please send us a note or email stating the new item, colour and size you require. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will invoice you the cost of delivery as stated in our shipping details and will dispatch the new goods upon payment.
If a substitute or faulty item is dispatched we ask customers to return these to us following the procedures above.
If you require an exchange, upon receipt of the goods we will refund your return postage costs (in the case of substitute or faulty items only) and replacement goods will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
If you require a refund we will credit all costs including your return postage costs upon receipt of the goods (substitute or faulty items only).
