Shipping & Handling

Parcels will be posted to clients’ paypal address within 1 business day via regular airmail once the payment is cleared on paypal.

We ship parcels without tracking number, if client wanted to get a tracking number, please contact us to pay 3 USD / 3.5 CAD. For order more than 30 USD / 34.9 CAD, we offer tracking number free.

If client wants to change the address, please leave us a note on paypal or send us a message when you pay the goods.

To Canada, needs 12 - 25 days to arrive

To USA, needs 10 - 15 days to arrive

To Australia, France, Germany, and United Kingdom: 15 – 25 days via air mail

To Brazil, Russia and some countries: 18 – 35 days via air mail

To most of the rest countries: 15 – 28 days via air mail

Returns & Warranty

Return accepted. Goods should be returned to us within 14 days after receiving without no reason. The goods should be in their original condition. Clients should pay returned postage.

If the goods were defective or damaged during the transportation, we will replace clients a new one or refund.
