Came from surplus stock, brand new and sealed as they come from T Mobile complete with everything in box. There is no Sim in box, you just buy your own from E bay. These can be easily unlocked, plenty of information on internet here:

Read this before buying:

Due to thickness of box being 32mm, it is too thick to go by cheap shipping costs. So item will be taken out of box, box flattened and everything repacked in a thinner box for the purposes of lowering the shipping cost. If you like box as shown in the picture shipped to you, there will be £2 extra charge.
