Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love your purchase. So If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the returned item price minus shipping. If the item is returned after the stipulated time it will be subjected to a 20% re-stocking fee or refusal. For any item to be eligible for return or exchange the products must be in its original condition with the packaging it came in. If the returned item packaging is torn or is missing then there will be a Restocking Fee of up to 20%. We hold the right to refuse the acceptance or charge a 60 percent re-stocking fee for used items.
Shipping
We promise to ship your order out in a timely fashion. We ship to the address specified on your eBay.com order. Our shipping carrier is USPS.
Tracking information is provided at the time of shipping. Should you not receive your tracking number and carrier, please let us know and we will be more than glad to provide you with that information.
Items returned to us due to an undeliverable or unclaimed status, or an insufficient or incorrect address may be re-shipped for an additional charge. All of our orders are shipped with a Signature Confirmation requirement. It is a customer's responsibility to track and retrieve the item if an attempt is made to deliver but is unsuccessful and a notice is left.
