This is How it Works.

  • If your sending in multiple injectors, remember to change the quantity field to the number of injectors you want to have rebuilt, you will be charged per injector.
  • Return shipping for your injectors is included in the "Buy It Now" price.
  • You will be charged a flat rate for shipping, not shipping per injector.
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping upon sending your injectors to us to be cleaned.  Only the return shipping is included in the price of this listing.
  • We prefer items be shipped to us via USPS but you may also ship UPS.
  • Turn around time for this R&R service is 2 business days not including transit time.
  • If for any reason one or more of your injectors are out of spec after cleaning don't worry - we stock a huge inventory of new, remanufactured and core injectors if you need a replacement.
Instructions:
  1. Enter the correct quantity of injectors you want rebuilt in the quantity field 
  2. Click "Buy it Now"
  3. Print this listing and fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page and include with your shipment.
  4. Carefully package your injectors to be shipped, we recommend wrapping injectors individually in paper towel or bubble wrap.
  5. once we receive your injectors we will begin the remanufacturing process, please allow up to 2 business days for us to complete this service.
Our Remanufacturing Process is as follows:


   1.   Fuel Injectors checked for any physical damage.

              2.      Coils are ohm tested & load tested.

              3.      Fuel Injectors undergo cleaning externally with ultrasonic machines.

              4.      Fuel Injector bodies are bead blasted.

              5.      Fuel Injectors undergo internal cleaning while cycled in a reverse flowing condition.

              6.       Fuel Injectors are leak tested & flow tested.

              7.       Injector bodies are polished & clear coated.

              8.      New Filters, Pintle Caps, and O-rings installed.

              9.       Fuel Injectors are lubricated and carefully packaged before being shipped to you.
